Kohei Yamamoto, Tenor

One of the most remarkable Japanese tenors in Japan; Graduated from the vocal music department of Graduate School of Tokyo University of the Arts and Milan Conservatory;
Studied with Alberto Cupido and Yoko Takeda; Made his debut as the leading role in (Don Carlo) Don Carlo (2014, Gabriele Ferro/David McVicar). 

Experienced many A class opera performances as main cast which includes ≪Les contes d'Hoffmann≫ Nathanaël(2014/Michel PLASSON JAGUNI Jun ), ≪Rigoletto≫ Il Duca di Mantova ( 2015, Andrea BATTISTONI/Pier Luigi
SAMARITANI /Elisabetta BRUSA), ≪Die Entführung aus dem Serail≫ Belmonte (2018, Tatsuya SHIMONO/Guy JOOSTEN), ≪La Bohème≫ Rodolfo (2020, TAKAI Yuki, TAOSHITA Tetsu) and, also as a concert soloist, 

performed with orchestras in substantial works such as "Beethoven/Symphony No.9","Verdi I Requiem"
and "Dovorak / Requiem"; In recent years, taking advantage of his rich voice 
quality and music sense as a clarinetist, appearing on modern works such as 
≪KINKAKUJI≫ (2019, Maxime PASCAL / MIYAMOTO, Amon) composed by Toshiro MAYUZUMI; and scheduled to show his performance in ≪Falstaff≫ Fenton (2021, Bertrand de BILLY / Laurent PELLY), in ≪Lulu≫ Alwa (2021, Maxime PASCAL / Karoline GRUBER), and in ≪I Capuleti≫ Tebaldo (2021, Erina SUZUKI / Jun AGUNI).
